Abstract :

Introduction: Breast cancer is diagnosed mostly in women, and recent research shows Breast Cancer in India accounted for 13.5% of all cancer cases and 10.6% of all deaths. Breast Cancer originates when breast cells mutate and lose control on their division leading to a mass of tissue called tumor. Treatment options include multidisciplinary approaches. This paper presents a case of metastatic breast cancer of a 49-year-old female treated successfully by Yoga Prana Vidya healing protocols as complementary medicine.

Method: This paper uses case study method of investigating the case, going through details of medical reports, YPV healers’ documents, and patient feedback.

Results: The patient started taking YPV healings from August, 2020, while simultaneously taking medical treatment. Slowly and gradually through persistent healings, meditations, rhythmic breathing, forgiveness Sadhana and learning lessons over the course of two years, the patient began to recover from April-May 2022 onwards. Active cancer cells in the breast, quantum of pain, dependency on pain killers and radiation therapy have substantially reduced after healings.

Conclusions: Breast cancer is one of the most common diseases after skin cancer diagnosed in women, and early detection methods and personalized treatment approaches are saving lives. Yoga Prana Vidya has been established as a complementary and also as alternative medicine to successfully treat a variety of conditions, as seen in this case. Further research using YPV as complementary medicine with appropriate number of samples of cases similar to this case is recommended to throw more light on treatment and normalization of this condition.

Abstract :

Vitiligo is a skin condition with patches of white color occurring on any area of the human body and several treatment approaches are recommended in main stream medicine as well as alternative modes of treatments. Patients suffer psychosocial stress due to social rejection and consequent loss of self-esteem and self-confidence. This paper presented an in-depth case study of a 29-year-old female vitiligo patient, who used and practiced Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) protocols for self-healing. Case series method is used examining full case papers and narration of major events by the patient on what worked well for her using YPV system intervention. The patient persistently healed herself with 2 to 4 sessions a day and within a time span of 11⁄2 months her all the vitiligo patches had healed almost by 50%. After a year of continuing the YPV intervention, the recovery was sustained and further recovery of 30% was seen as she continued with her practices of YPV techniques. As a result, she regained self-esteem and self-confidence overcoming the accumulated psychosocial stress. During this period, she was not taking any medications, but only doing self-healing using YPV protocols. The overall improvement over a period of one year and three months was nearly 80% and a complete life changing experience with self-acceptance after a prolonged traumatic phase in life. YPV system is proving to be a versatile approach to resolving a variety of health issues, as is evident from the published literature.

Abstract :

Introduction: Infertility is a sensitive problem, but only few couples access assisted reproductive technologies (ART), such as IVF (In vitro fertilization). Research shows that the success rate of any ART procedure is below 30% at best. This paper presents a patient case of two unsuccessful IVF attempts by a couple, but in the third attempt of IVF they achieved successful pregnancy using Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) intervention as complementary modality.

Method: This paper uses case method going through medical reports, healers’ reports and patient’s and patient’s relative’s feedback on the results.

Results: After 3 weeks of daily YPV healings, the subject’s 3rd attempt of IVF was successful, evidenced by the Ultrasound report confirming two foetuses. The subject’s health parameters were normal.

Conclusion: Integrated Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) system of healing and practice protocols have been helping the patients holistically to normalise their condition in physical, mental and emotional dimensions. YPV is simple yet very versatile system of proven protocols as complementary and alternative medicine, and it is recommended for all healthcare professionals to learn and practice YPV to complement in their areas of specialisation. Further research on application of YPV for improving human reproduction system may be conducted on appropriate sample to study the results on wider population.
