Abstract :

Background: Hemorrhoids and dysmenorrhea impair quality of life, and conventional treatments frequently offer only partial relief with risks of recurrence and side effects. Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) is an integrative energy-based healing system offering an alternative, non-invasive approach.

Objective: To document the successful alternative resolution of chronic hemorrhoids, dysmenorrhea, headaches, and sleep disturbances using YPV healing.

Methodology:

Patient Profile: A 39-year-old female housewife presenting with chronic constipation, hemorrhoids, dysmenorrhea, headaches, and disturbed sleep persisting despite dietary changes and pranayama.

Intervention: The patient consulted a certified YPV healer on January 5, 2026. Daily healing sessions were administered twice daily for 30 days, then once daily for 16 days (total 46 days). The patient also practiced self-help components of the YPV Sadhana App and followed a fibre-rich vegetarian diet.

YPV Protocols Used: YPV Level 5 healing, cord-cutting, YPV psychotherapy for stress reduction, colour therapy for the affected part and chakra balancing, internal organ cleansing, and blood cleansing techniques.

Results: Improvements in sleep quality, headache reduction, and relief from itching were noticed right from the first session.
Over 39 days, hemorrhoid symptoms (itching, burning, and fissure pain) resolved completely.
Dysmenorrhea symptoms reduced during subsequent cycles, and psychological well-being and emotional resilience were significantly enhanced.

Conclusion: YPV healing demonstrated effective resolution of both hemorrhoids and dysmenorrhea, emphasizing its potential as a robust alternative therapy. Further randomized controlled trials are recommended to validate these outcomes.
