Abstract :

Background: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy among women globally. Conventional treatments include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone therapy, which frequently result in significant physical and psychological side effects. Integrative approaches like Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healing show promise in improving patient outcomes by reducing stress and pain while enhancing recovery.

Case Presentation: A 48-year-old female diagnosed with Stage II multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast underwent a modified radical mastectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy. Histopathology confirmed malignancy with negative lymph nodes, and prognostic assessment placed her in the low-risk category for recurrence.

Intervention: The patient received 112 YPV healing sessions over 55 days (twice daily, 15-20 minutes each) alongside daily practice of breathing, forgiveness, meditation, and exercises from the YPV Sadhana App. Healing protocols encompassed psychological healing, affected organ healing, internal organ cleansing, and blood purification.

Results: Within two sessions, nighttime sleep improved from two to four hours.
* After 20 sessions, pain decreased by 30-40%.
* By 70 sessions, stiffness and pain dropped by 80-90%, allowing the patient to perform household work.
* Upon completion, medical tests confirmed that chemotherapy was not required, placing her in the low-risk recurrence category with advice for hormone therapy only.

Conclusion: YPV healing contributed significantly to improved sleep, pain reduction, stress management, and functional recovery, highlighting its potential as an integrative adjunct to conventional breast cancer management.
