Abstract :

Background: Infertility affects a significant proportion of reproductive-age couples worldwide, with multifactorial etiologies including hormonal imbalances, structural abnormalities, endometriosis, and psychosocial stress. Despite assisted reproductive technologies like in vitro fertilization (IVF), repeated implantation failure remains a major clinical challenge linked to both physiological and psychological determinants.

Case Presentation: The report details a 31-year-old female with primary infertility, underlying deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE), and a history of two unsuccessful IVF cycles (including frozen embryo transfer attempts) and a failed donor oocyte FET. Prior to her subsequent cycle, she underwent corrective hysteroscopic internal os resections to improve cervical access.

Intervention: Alongside conventional medical management and hormone preparation protocols, Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV)—a non-touch, biofield-based complementary therapy—was introduced. The YPV protocol incorporated structured energy-based techniques, including YPV Psychotherapy for stress reduction and emotional regulation, advanced color prana techniques, and special regeneration protocols from the Healer Development Program (HDP) Level 1 aimed at the reproductive organs.

Results: Throughout the treatment course, the patient demonstrated progressive improvements, reporting reduced pelvic discomfort, better sleep quality, lower fatigue, stabilized moods, and significantly reduced anxiety. Despite an episode of choriodecidual separation during early pregnancy—which was managed by temporarily increasing YPV session frequency—the third IVF cycle (second donor oocyte FET) resulted in a successful twin conception.

Conclusion: The temporal association indicates that YPV may serve as a beneficial supportive and complementary approach to enhance psychological stability, reduce stress, and improve patient-centered care during fertility treatments, though larger controlled clinical trials are warranted to establish direct causal efficacy.
