Abstract :

Abstract Overview

Background: Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a stress-related eye disorder in which fluid accumulates under the retina, causing serous detachment and blurred or distorted vision. While acute CSCR is typically self-limiting and expected to resolve spontaneously within 3–4 months, persistent blurring can significantly affect visual function and daily life.

Case Presentation: A 44-year-old male US resident presented with a sudden onset of blurred vision in the right eye that progressed to distorted vision within two days. Clinical evaluation in the US diagnosed acute CSCR attributed primarily to stress; no pharmacological treatment was prescribed, and observation alone was recommended.

Intervention: The patient received Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) distant healing daily for 12 days, once every 3 days for the following 15 days, and weekly thereafter. Protocols included YPV Psychotherapy (cleansing and energizing key chakras), Advanced Healing with color prana, internal organ and blood cleansing, and Healer Development Program (HDP) Level 1 eyesight regeneration techniques. The patient also practiced Rhythmic Yogic Breathing, Planetary Peace Meditation, and forgiveness techniques using the YPV Sadhana App.

Results:By the 3rd healing session, the patient experienced approximately 50% improvement in vision.
By the 8th day of healing, the patient reported approximately 95% visual restoration, with marked reduction in blurring and return to daily activities.
An ophthalmological examination on November 10, 2025, objectively confirmed 95% resolution of the condition without any pharmacological or surgical intervention.

Conclusion: YPV distant healing proved to be an effective complementary approach by addressing underlying stress, balancing subtle energy, and promoting rapid visual recovery, highlighting its potential alongside conventional ophthalmic care.
