Abstract :

Background: Employment challenges and job insecurity are major psychosocial stressors in modern society.
Complementary practices such as Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healing have been increasingly applied to address not only health concerns but also life situations, including career manifestation.

Objective: To document and qualitatively analyse a group YPV healing intervention outcomes aimed at job visa (USA H1B) manifestation.

Method: A group of 20 YPV associate certified healers, certified healers, arhat yogis and trainers collaborated as a team using YPV protocols, specifically the Blue Triangles technique for obstacle removal, protocols such as Forgiveness Sadhana and Planetary Peace Meditation (PPM) for 5 participants who sought job Visa manifestation. The online intervention was conducted collectively and synchronously across multiple locations in India.

Results: All participants reported successful manifestation of desired end goal of winning USA H1B Visa Lottery. The group healing effort was perceived as more powerful than individual practice, reinforcing the role of collective energy in manifestation.

Conclusion: This study, despite its limitation of a small sample, highlights the potential of YPV healing as a complementary psychosocial tool for career/Visa manifestation. Group healing interventions may amplify outcomes, suggesting a need for further qualitative and quantitative research into YPV applications beyond health.

Abstract :

Background: Spiritual pilgrimages often present logistical, physical, and emotional challenges, particularly for midlife women with limited resources and travel experience. Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV), an energy-based healing system, offers techniques for purification, manifestation, blessings, invocation, and psychic self-protection that may mitigate such obstacles.

Objective: To examine the efficacy of YPV obstacle-removing practices during a 2025 pilgrimage to Ram Mandir (Ayodhya) and Manona Dham (Uttar Pradesh) undertaken by a group of four midlife women.

Methods: Daily YPV practices—including blue triangle purification, manifestation, blessings, Great Invocation, psychic self- protection, and diversion targeting—were applied to address pre-identified obstacles (travel bookings, safety concerns, cold weather, language barriers, luggage security). Outcomes were compared between periods of consistent practice and lapses.

Results: Consistent YPV practice facilitated precise timings, safe navigation, financial optimization, and emotional wellness, manifesting “miracles” such as bypassing 20+ hour queues, securing accommodations, and effortless coach swaps. A lapse in practice resulted in delays, cold exposure, and heightened fear, underscoring YPV’s protective role.

Conclusion: YPV demonstrated potential as a holistic tool for enhancing safety, efficiency, and wellbeing in pilgrimage travel. This case highlights implications for integrative travel medicine and spiritual tourism, warranting further systematic research.

Abstract :

Introduction: It is argued that there is science behind the idea of manifestation—that is, turning an idea into a real thing. Modern science of psychology has not accepted manifestation since it has not been investigated scientifically gathering adequate evidence. Yoga Prana Vidya System uses a set of rules, guidelines and practices of manifestation which have been applied successfully with desired results. This paper presents multiple cases showing evidence of successful manifestation results.

Method: This study uses multiple case study method by collecting data on 35 cases of attempted manifestation and analysing the results.

Results: Analysis of the 35 cases of sample data show that 32 cases achieved successful results of manifestation using Yoga Prana Vidya techniques, on goals related to employment and promotion, financial gains, health, relationship/marriage prospects, valuables lost and found, business related issues etc. There were 3 cases of unsuccessful manifestation results, in which cases the subjects did not adequately or properly practice the suggested YPV techniques. These results indicate 91.42% success rate achieved in the 35 cases of sample analysed.

Conclusions: Sustained efforts to apply YPV manifestation techniques and methodology have greatly increased the probability of success rate in achieving manifestation of desired goals. It has demonstrated the power of this technique, and how one can manifest with the right know-how and intention. This article has shown the way on how intentional manifestation with proven techniques can be a powerful tool to bring in what one wants into life.
