Abstract :

Background: Acne vulgaris is a common dermatological condition that can cause pain, itching, and psychosocial distress. Conventional medical treatments often provide limited relief in resistant cases.

Case presentation: We present the case of a 21-year-old female with severe facial acne, associated pain, itching, redness, and dryness, unresponsive to multiple dermatological consultations. Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healing was initiated using psychotherapy, blood cleansing, and facial healing protocols, with additional localized healing for the affected area. The patient received 18 sessions over nine days.

Results: Within three sessions, pain and itching reduced by 20%. By the end of the intervention, acne lesions reduced by 90%, with resolution of pain and itching. Follow-up confirmed complete recovery, sustained with Arhat Yoga practice, rhythmic breathing, and forgiveness sadhana.

Conclusion: This case highlights the potential role of YPV healing as a complementary therapy in dermatology, supporting both physical and psychological recovery. Controlled studies are recommended to validate these findings.

Abstract :

Background: Alopecia areata (AA) is an immune-mediated, non-scarring hair loss disorder affecting up to 20% of paediatric dermatology patients. Conventional therapies—including topical corticosteroids, contact immunotherapy, and emerging JAK(Janus Kinases) inhibitors—carry risks of systemic side effects and variable response rates in children. Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healing integrates physical exercises, regulated breathing, meditation, and pranic energy healing to restore psycho-physiological balance and may offer a no-risk alternative for paediatric AA.

Objective: To report reversal of AA demonstrating complete hair regrowth following a structured 15-week YPV healing protocol.

Methods: A normally healthy 7-year-old boy presented with multiple, well-demarcated scalp patches of hair loss. The patient underwent allopathic treatment for a month without success. The patient’s family sought YPV healing sessions from a senior Trainer-healer who conducted a YPV intervention, with 73 healing sessions spread over 15 weeks. consisting of pranic healing sessions while the boy was asked to do rhythmic breathing daily for a few minutes. Photographic documentation, and regular patient feedback were collected from the patient’s family.

Results: Hair regrowth was first noted at week 2, By week 8, coverage exceeded 75%, and complete regrowth was achieved by week 15. The patient reported marked reductions in anxiety and improved quality-of-life. No adverse events or discomfort were observed throughout the intervention.

Conclusion: This study illustrates the potential efficacy and safety of YPV healing protocols for paediatric AA. Controlled trials are suggested to validate these findings, define optimal dosing, and elucidate mechanisms of action.

Abstract :

Introduction: Atopy is a genetic tendency to develop allergic reactions to common allergens, such as food, pollen, dust mites, and mold. It is characterized by an overproduction of immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies in response to low doses of allergens, and leads to hypersensitivity reactions, which can manifest as atopic dermatitis (AD; eczema), allergic rhinitis, allergic bronchial asthma, and food allergies. This paper presents a case of successful healing using Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) protocols without a medicine or touch.

Method: This is a detailed case study collecting data from the patient’s records, YPV healer’s records and patient feedback with follow-up.

Results: Within 10 days of healing, the patient’s condition was 80% improved. After another 5 days the patient was fully healed. The patient was found allergic to brinjal when eaten in food, and learnt to avoid brinjal food.

Conclusions: People should avoid allergy-prone items and use a number of at-home self-care techniques in addition to obtaining medical assistance. Patients with AD can choose from a variety of medication treatment plans. Nonetheless, it has been discovered that the YPV system provides touch-free healing procedures and medication-free methods for effective holistic treatment. It is advised that more study be done using the right sample and methodology.

Abstract :

Introduction: Fungal skin infections such as Ringworm (Tinea, or Dermatophytosis) are highly  common in India due to the country’s hot and humid climate. There are no current national or international management guidelines. This paper provides a thorough case study of a 24-year-old man who suffered from ringworm andwas effectively treated using the Yoga Prana Vidya way as a complementary therapy, despite being non-receptive to YPV Energy healing.

Method: This study uses a case study method by collecting patient medical records, YPV healer’s records, and patient family feedback.

Results: Positive results became apparent within a month of YPV healing intervention. The areas of infection started reducing and lightening in colour around the next two months. The patches had been reduced to 3 little ones by the end of the next 6 months, and they had already begun to heal and lighten in colour. After further 3 months, the patches had all but disappeared. After the next two months, the patient had fully recovered, the skin had returned to normal, and the tone of the skin on the back had been restored.

Conclusions: Persistent long-term YPV healing in this case completely cured Ringworm incidence. Evidence shows several other ailments also have been successfully treated with the help of YPV healing, a safe and drugfree complementary and alternative medicine method. It is advised to do additional research utilizing suitable samples and techniques. A working understanding of the YPV system will be helpful to frontline healthcare professionals like doctors and nurses as a supplement to their individual specialties.
