Abstract :

Introduction: Research estimates reveal that over a million bites a year happened in India, of which 70% cases showed symptoms of envenomation. Prevention, prompt and effective treatment strategies would greatly minimise deaths caused by snakebite. This study presents a patient’s case of complicated snake bite (poisonous viper snake) for which the patient sought help from Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healers for treatment.

Main symptoms & clinical findings: Gangrenous changes in right hand of bitten thumb and high creatinine levels were found from medical examination. Medical prognosis suggested amputation of entire right hand and Dialysis treatment as the situation worsened for her.

Therapeutic interventions & outcomes: Two YPV healers healed the patient distantly every day for seven days, supported by a senior most healer who gave required additional intensive healing to save the patient. Analysis of data show that gangrenous changes started disappearing after 4 days, and creatinine levels came down to normal within 10 days of healing. There was improved blood flow to right hand with regeneration of tissues and of kidneys. As a result, there was no need to ampute the whole hand, instead, only the bitten thumb was amputed by doctors as a minimal procedure.
Conclusion: Prompt YPV Healing successfully treated the patient thereby avoiding amputation of entire right hand and also avoided dialysis treatment. The evidence gathered from this case indicates that YPV healing is effective in treating complications of snake bite.

YPV Healing Techniques in Emergency and First Aid

Journal Title: Role of Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) Healing Techniques in Emergency and First Aid: A Summary of Case Reports..

Publications: International Journal of Medical Science and Health Research. 4(3), 133-146

Authors: Shri N. Jayachander Reddy, Dr. V. S Nanduri;

Abstract :

Introduction: First aid refers to the emergency or immediate care to be provided when a person is injured or ill until full medical treatment is available. For minor conditions, first aid care may be enough. For serious problems, first aid care should be continued until more advanced care becomes available. Medical emergencies outside hospital settings can be effectively handled by trained first aid providers. The authors have examined several case summaries in which Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) System was effectively used as first aid and as a result patients recovered. Main symptoms & clinical findings: Examples of cases of patients in a variety of conditions presented in this report, such as, Dengue, high BP, blood clot in brain, high fever, Knee OA, hole in heart, jaundice, pancreatic disease, urinary infection, breast cancer, Asthma & Bronchitis, insect bites, pain, Dyspnoea, ulcers, depression and suicidal tendencies, vertigo & headache, accidental fractures, Intracranial haemorrhage, post alcoholic hepatic disorders.

Therapeutic interventions & outcomes: In the summary of cases presented in this report, Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) Techniques were applied with successful results for patients, who responded positively to YPV healing therapies, and recovery took place in a short time.

Conclusion: When used as first aid, Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) system of healing is complementary to the general medical and first aid procedures to save the patients until appropriate medical support is available. YPV techniques can be learnt easily and can be practiced effectively by all healthcare givers.

Successful Treatment of some difficult Medical cases using YPV Healing System as alternative medicine

Successful Treatment of some difficult Medical cases using YPV Healing System as alternative medicine

Journal Title: A study into successful treatment of some difficult Medical cases using Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) Healing System as alternative medicine.

Publications: International Journal of Scientific & Engineering Research Volume 10, Issue 7, July-2019

Authors: Shri N. Jayachander Reddy, Dr. V.S. Nanduri

Abstract :

Background: Patients with rare and chronic diseases often face a long journey from diagnosis to treatment. Despite scientific advancements in medical field, and surgical methods available, to cure such cases is difficult. Several such cases were handled by Yoga Prana Vidya Ashram, where the patients were healed and now leading normal life with improved health conditions. This paper reports four such cases in detail.

Methods: This is a case study method, going through full detailed records of the patients’ health conditions pre and post treatments using YPV healing system observed through lab test records, as well as data collected from follow-up interviews of the subjects.

Results: Analysis of each case shows positive results of improvements obtained with YPV healing methods used by healers and also, some self-healing techniques practiced by the patients, enabling them to lead normal life.

Conclusions: This case study documents the evidence gathered on the effective uses of YPV in healing and treating multiple ailments, besides curing some chronic ailments. To produce holistic and optimum results, YPV uses a combination of approaches such as,

(1) physical exercises including rhythmic yogic breathing,
(2) Salt free diet; fruit diet,
(3) Meditation techniques,
(4) healing by trained and experienced healers, patient participation in group healing, self-healing by patients with regular self-practice of some specified techniques.

There is ample scope to conduct further research on the application of YPV as alternative, effective and low cost medicine for various other medical conditions.
