Abstract :

Introduction: Myopia (nearsightedness) is a prevalent refractive condition where distant vision is blurred. While commonly treated with lenses, progressive cases may pose risks. Complementary therapies like Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) are being explored for additional support.

Method: A 23-year-old female with lifelong myopia received YPV healing over 15 days from a Senior Trainer and Healer.

Results: The patient experienced noticeable improvement in distance vision, validated by ophthalmological evaluation.

Conclusion:
The case highlights the potential of YPV healing as a complementary therapy for managing long-term myopia and enhancing visual health.
