Please read below instructions before proceeding:
- Online Registration need to be completed for all participants – including Attender and Children aged 10-15.
- No manual / spot registrations will be accepted.
- No charges for “Child 9 years or below”. Children will need to share the bed with the parent. If any of them need a separate bed, select “Child 10+ years” option and do separate registration for the child.
- Non-Arhat Yogi family members are not allowed. Only dependent children can accompany parents.
- Attenders are allowed only if there are accompanying children.
- Accommodation will be allocated on First Come First Serve basis. If the selected accommodation type gets exhausted after registration, we will discuss with the Arhat Yogi to identify the alternative accommodation type.
- Accommodation: Most of the Cottage is 4 sharing. Only 7 Twin sharing Cottages are available and that too for couples only. All Kutias are 3 Sharing. Please mention room sharing preferences in the “Accommodation sharing preference if any” field.
- Participants staying outside the Ashram also must register. Such participants must register with Dormitory charges and make their own transport arrangements to and from the ashram. Kindly mention about “Outside Accommodation” in the “Remarks” field.
- No level change will be given during this retreat. Level days will only involve the practice of each of the respective levels.
- If there are more registrations for Dormitory accommodation than the number of cots available, remaining beds will be put on floor in a hall.
- Arhat Prelim meditations/sessions will complete on 16th August by 2pm. Arhat level 1,2,3 will complete on 16th August lunch time and Arhat level 4,5 by 17th August lunch time.
- Registration, with the rates provided below, closes on 31st July. From 1st August, Registration fee increases by ₹1,000. Exception: The fee increase from 1st Aug does not apply to new Arhat Yogis, who learn Arhat Yoga Prelim in July or August 2026.
- Payment, once made, is non-refundable.
